Yes it's been out for about a week, and I've gotten in about 8 hours of playing I think, something like that. Its pretty much similar to the first game, but with extra options and things that you can do. Of course I'm still not that good at it, never did like first person shooter games, but I'll get better at it one of these days.

I finally have all the things to install the sub in my car, so I decided to run the remote volume control for the amp today, and I was grabbing it out of the box, only to realize that the JBL amp was designed by Crown Technology. Crown is one of those companies that makes the amps that power those big sound systems for concerts... I've read about them, I've heard them, I've never had reason to own one (well practically), but to have a car amp designed by them and manufactured by JBL just is cool!. I also so the actual test sheet for my amp, a wonderful 760 watts rms @ 4ohm.. I could put neon lighting in the amp on it to make it look pretty, but I'm really not into making my car into a show car, so I really don't need to put it, plus it means running more wire, not really interesting in doing that.... speaking of which installing the remote volume control was fun.. ripping out the center console and the backseat again. Of course I decided to do this in some public place again, this time Marketplace Mall, at like 12:30pm... It was fun :)

But the actual volume control was fun, drilling a hole in the center console, dremelling some slots so it can slide in with out obstruction and then hot gluing it down. It seems to be well held in place, so I'm happy. I guess if it does fall out, I'll think of something later to make it stay, for now it seems fine and it looks really neat, I'm happy.

Two midterms, three homeworks this week, then its fall break, and I'm going up to NJ and NY for the week, should be lots of fun :) My friend Julie is going up with me, but she's coming back on the Wednesday to spend thanksgiving with her family. Hello roadtripping :) yes i love to road trip :)
